As a child, I had a crossbite that developed into an overbite — and with each pregnancy, each child I carried and birthed, the imbalance deepened. My posture collapsed, my hips tucked under, and my jaw tightened even more.

I thought it was just the way I was built… until my body began to teach me otherwise.
